Introduction
I have offered Psychotherapy and Counseling within the NHS and Social
Services since1990. Also I have maintained a small private practice for
self-funding people.
I take private referrals from GP’s, Psychiatrists and mental health or
other related professionals - and of course from the individual them
self. I am able to work in direct liaison with a persons GP or other
professional if required; or if preferred, I work solely with an
individual.
At all times a strict policy of confidentiality and professionalism is
maintained, individuals can rest assured that I put their interests
first. I am accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
on a yearly basis and hold to their code of ethical conduct and

As a Psychotherapist I am fully qualified and experienced in Cognitive
Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and also
Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for
discrete or symptomatic difficulties. Often people benefit from a
combination of approaches, melded to meet their individual need.
Fees are charged on a sessional basis of £40.00 per session (50 minutes
per session). In the event of enquiry or if you wish to discuss any
